Returns
Returning an item is only possible with a justified complaint. Once we have approved your return request, this must be done within 30days of the delivery date.

Send us a service message by email with the following information:

  • Complaint description
  • Order number
  • item number

Return conditions

  • The product must be used within 30 days after receipt.
  • The product should only have been unpacked or used to assess whether you want to keep it, similar to how you would view it in a store.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product must be delivered to us without damage or assembly problems. Pack your return carefully to prevent damage during transport. Damage incurred during the return process may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
